General Lecture of Enterpreneurship

Those opening line was delivered by Mr. Ricardo Sulitio , ST , M.Sc as a moderator in the event of a public lecture organized entrepreneurship in collaboration with the IT department of HMTI UII ( Industrial Engineering Student Association ) and IKATI UII ( Industrial Engineering Alumni Association).
On this occasion, the active speakers were Ir. Hanes hendri , MM (class of 1983) , Ir . Didan Faiantunis , MM (class of 1982) , Ir . Hadi Mustafa , SE , MBA , Akt . (class of 1991) , Dewi (class of 1983) and Bang Ical (class of 1984).
The workshop was opened by Drs . R. Abdul Jalal , MM , as a representative of Industrial Engineering Department.
 
Ir . Hadi Mustafa , SE , MBA as early presenter gave discourses on the courage to seize opportunities in entrepreneurship . He explained that he had never thought to be an entrepreneur, but now he is a young and success entrepreneur. He said that we must be clever to carry out ourselves in every situation.
 
Bang Ical said that the theories obtained in campus need to be equipped with good soft skills when we surely intended to become entrepreneurs . The soft skills could be honed through non- academic activities such as student organizations .
Dewi, as an souvenir entrepreneur talked about the importance of thankfulness in every single step we walked. This was the core value of a true entrepreneur because thankfulness would support our step.
 
Mr. Didan, IKATI leader, said that it was important for an entrepreneur to have leverage in developing himself, and Bang Hanes closed the opening session by explaining how could a business run well. The method explained by Bang Hanes was well-known as ‘Model Bisnis Canvas’. In the end, all speakers agreed that the first thing to do for becoming a success entrepreneur was starting it.

On the same occasion, the alumni had the opportunity to donate seedlings for industrial engineering courses to be planted in Cangkringan village as a real care of alumni and the entire academic society of Industrial Engineering.
