Indonesian Enterprise 4.0 (IE4.0)- Inbound Mobility

The paradigm shift emerges in Indonesian enterprises challenging Industrial Revolution 4.0. Internet of Things (IoT), Cyber-physical systems, and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) have become emerging technology that reshapes service and production systems. Enterprise integration and agility become compulsory to the Enterprise’s success in adapting to the tremendous dynamic business environment changes boosted by emerging technology.
Then, International Undergraduate Program in Industrial Engineering, Universitas Islam Indonesia, struck those challenges by creating innovative solutions to the existing problem. Sharing the innovative solutions will be presented to Nanjing Xiaozhuang University (NXU), China.

An Online Classes and Cultural Immersion program will be conducted as a collaborative activity between Nanjing Xiaozhuang University (NXU), China and Universitas Islam Indonesia. Knowledge sharing will run from November 15, 2022 – December 6, 2022, using Voov meeting platform. What will be discussed?

1. Jewellery Design and Manufacturing from an Engineering Perspective

The award-winning innovation of the following competition :

Ten Innovators from Java 2020, Garland Magazine, Australia, September 2020.
Grand Prize Winner of Pesta TRIZ Contest in Innovation, Kuala Lumpur, November 2018.
Australia Jewellery Award, Australia Embassy 2016.

This course will discuss the showcase of the Manufacturing of Jewellery using CNC and mechanical engineering processes.

2. Production Planning and Control

This course will discuss manufacturing production systems planning and control. The course will cover Scheduling, flow shop, job shop; Assembly line balancing; Input/output control; Theory of constraints: Philosophy, shifting bottleneck scheduling (case study in MSE); Computer-aided process planning; FMS; cellular Manufacturing; JIT; Flexible, lean system; Sustainable Manufacturing.

3. Electric Motor Cycle Success story

The National Winner of Electric Motor Cycle of PLN Innovation & Competition Electricity ( 1st Winner 2021, runner up & third winner 2022) organized by State-owned Electricity Company (PLN)

The course will discuss how to design Electric Vehicles. The use cases presented are Electric Motor Cycle, the National winner of Electric Motor Cycle of PLN Innovation & Competition Electricity ( 1st Winner 2021, runner up & third winner 2022) organized by State-owned Electricity Company (PLN)

4. IoT Innovative Solution Case Study

Students present a topic assigned by lecturers. The presentation will be the immersion course assessment.

Attendance will be done during each class. The credit transfer and a certificate of completion are only eligible for participants with 100% attendance.
