Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry (METI) Japan offers opportunities to foreign candidates to join internships in several SME companies in Japan. The Internship program is intended to give skillful and knowledgeable students/graduates to collaborate with Japanese companies to gain benefits to both Japanese companies and the internship scholars.  The Japanese companies will experience multicultural project management for creating new, innovative business opportunities.  While the internship scholars will gain valuable real-world experiences for their career development.

Amid pandemic, most internship programs are virtually conducted.

Two Types Internship Program course :

1. Course A:  The internship program will be conducted in satellite offices spread over 6 countries (Cambodia ( Phnom Penh ), India ( Bangalore / Chennai / Delhi / Gurgaon ), Indonesia ( Bandung / Jakarta ),  Malaysia ( Kuala Lumpur ), Thailand ( Bangkok ), Vietnam ( Da Nang / Hanoi / HCMC )

The scholars are going to work in several fields such as marketing, new business development, product or services development, web development. The internship applicants must be between 20 – 40 years old during the period of the internship program.

The Application Periods are as the followings  :

1. Course A: From 14 May 2021 to 30 June 2021
2. Course B: From 14 May 2021 to 31 August 2021

The Internship Periods are as the followings  :

1. Course A: From 10 August to 8 October 2021
2. Course B: From 25 October to 22 December 2021
   The duration is approximately 35days of activity in both Course A and Course B
