1. Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at 09.00 – 16.00.
2. Thursday, August 31, 2023, at 09.00 – 16.00.

General Guideline

Let’s follow this general guideline:

1. Consult with your academic supervisor and discuss academic challenges, plan for upcoming terms, seek clarifications about course subjects, and address any difficulties with lecturers and other topics. 2. Submit the PDF format of your academic supervisor (DPA)-approved study plan to the following link : https://s.id/ApprovedStudyPlanSubmission
3. For the odd semester of 2023/2024, students will not be obligated to complete PRA-KEY IN.
4. Freshman/ First-year students of batch 2023 do not need to key-in as the course schedule has been arranged. 
5. IP students from batches 2022 and 2021 can select courses from the 5th and 7th semesters, subject to prerequisites and maximum credit limits. For details, refer to 2021 curriculum –> https://industrial.uii.ac.id/ip/academic/the-2021-curriculum.
6. Please ensure to input subjects for MBKM, ICT conversion, Field Work/Internship, and Undergraduate Thesis/Scientific Work. This is mandatory even if you have already applied for coursework completion. Additionally, check the DPPM website to determine if Community Service details need to be inputted this semester or next term. Please refer to the MBKM program at https://industrial.uii.ac.id/ip/academic/merdeka-belajar-kampus-merdeka/.
7. Students eligible for MBKM must input information into UII MBKM for course conversion (from the gateway). If the desired course is unavailable, don’t hesitate to contact us.
8. Please note that you must complete payment of the third instalment before proceeding with the key-in process. The deadline for payment is August 23, 2023, at 11:55 PM.

10. The elective courses list will be updated later. Please stay informed.
