  1. Mahasiswa melakukan konsultasi evaluasi studi Semester Ganjil 2020/2021 dan rencana studi Semester Genap 2020/2021 dengan Dosen Pembimbing Akademik pada 3-11 Februari 2021.
  2. Mahasiswa Angkatan 2020 tidak perlu melakukan pra key in dan key in karena sudah dipaketkan prodi sesuai kurikulum yang berlaku, yaitu MK:

  1. Masa pra key in dilaksanakan pada Kamis-Jumat, 11-12 Februari 2021 jam 09.00-16.00 WIB dengan cara memasukkan MK ke keranjang.
  2. Masa key in dilaksanakan pada Kamis 18 Februari 2021 jam 10-16 (lihat kalender akademik UII) dengan cara klik key in.
  3. Masa key in revisi dilaksanakan pada Selasa-Rabu 23-24 Februari 2021 jam 9-16 (lihat kalender akademik UII). Prodi hanya akan membuka kuota suatu kelas jika kelas lain dari MK yang sama sudah seimbang pesertanya.
  4. Mahasiswa yang lolos untuk mengikuti Program Merdeka Belajar BANGKIT dan NUNI 2021, wajib memasukkan program yang diikuti dalam RAS sesuai konversi MK dalam SE Kaprodi TI 02/Ka.Prodi S1/10/TI/I/2021 (lihat https://industrial.uii.ac.id/pendaftaran-program-kampus-merdeka-bangkit-dan-nuni-2021/ )
  5. Mahasiswa yang mengambil KP, TA, KKN wajib key in.

Pada semester Genap Tahun Akademik 2020/2021, mahasiswa dapat mengikuti Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) melalui Program BANGKIT yang diselenggarakan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi (Ditjen Dikti) dan kuliah di kampus lain yang diselenggarakan oleh Nationwide University Network in Indonesia (NUNI). Detil kriteria pelaksanaan program tersebut dapat dilihat di SE 02/Ka.Prodi S1/10/TI/I/2021.

International Program IE UII  offers an Internship program at Yamaha Indonesia, PT.  This program is open to selected students who meet the requirements and pass the selection stage. During the internship program in Yamaha Company, students should work as an employee.  Students will learn many things such as teamwork project experience, communication skills, professional behavior, and an ability to plan and complete a project within a time frame.

This program has been running for more than 3 years and is proven to be able to provide benefits for students and companies. For students, the benefits obtained are real work experience in the world of work by participating in working directly, completing assignments given by the company. This program is also proven to be able to accelerate students to graduate because there is a “project” that is entrusted to apprentices, to do Job Training (KP) as well as Final Projects (TA) during the internship period. For the company, the benefits obtained are fresh ideas from students and the assistance of additional resources to work on tasks that the company has previously mapped specifically for apprentices.

This program starts at the beginning of each semester and runs for 6 months with the following criteria:

  1. students have completed coursework
  2. students have completed the Community Service Course  (KKN ) program
  3. students have passed the CEPT
  4. have a high commitment
  5. Students must complete all administration and academic requirements

a number of applicants will go through the selection stage, from administrative selection to interviews to see the potential of students. Selected participants will be delivered to partner companies to be placed as interns for a period of time.

The students will work at VTI company in Vietnam as the host company ( https://www.vti.com.vn/en/)
The internship duration program is 4 weeks started from November 16, 2020, through December 12, 2020.
Each student is going to work on a project within a group that collaborates with other Australian students.
The internship programs will work on AI/IoT/Mobile App/Cloud Computing projects.
An interview with the Host company will be conducted in September 2020.
The schedule of the interview will be announced later.
All awardees must commit to the completion of the internship program.
A Withdrawal in the middle of the program must be avoided.
If it finally occurs, the withdrawal will incur a penalty fee of 3x of the awarded scholarship.
Withdrawal from the program could be conducted by submitting a letter of withdrawal to IP no later than 3 days before the interview.
